Hi Napoleon,
Our topics for our stories are closely related. We can connect them by talking about how weapons play a big part in war (duh). You can also talk about how firearms allowed Napoleon to win his battles. Without guns he would not have been such an powerful enemy. This is because his battle stratagy was to sneak up on the apponent and blast them to pieces.
- Advanced Weaponry
Hey Natalie,
Your story idea sounds really (and complex). I can't wait to read it, I have learned a lot from your blog so far, I didn't really even know who Napoleon was before.
Anyway, as u know my topic is the Haitian revolution. I see you are already planning to mention that, so yea! I will probably mention Napoleon and the revolution in France also. Our topics relate not just because of the time and place, but they compare 2 different battle stratagies. One stratagy involving actual stratagy and trickery and the other having pure passion for what you are fighting for. Maybe we could also mention this in our story.
Sorry Natalie, i didn't really finish my comment beofore I published it (and I think I spelled stratagie wrong), but anyway that was all I really had 2 say: I will definitley mention your topic and our 2 topics are linked because, of course, our people were at war against each other.

Ciao Evvvvillle twin:
An interesting twist on your story might be the idea that good old Napoleon was MURDERED!!!! Consider this:
-Napoleon had an affair (and fathered a child with) the Comte De Monotholon's wife.
-Which, understandably, pissed off the Comte: "AHHHH! SHE WENT FOR ZE SHORTER MAN!!! NON!!!!"
-The Comte had le key to the wine cellar and some poison. (bien sur)
-bye bye Napoleon.
-plus, you could put A LOT of cutesy angst. And cracks about Napoleon's (5'3") hieght.
Great plot outline - for a novel! Remember that you only have 5000 words or less to tell your story. Perhaps focus on the part of Napoleon's life that you find most intriguing and tell that story.
